Our packing and unpacking services are provided in person at your location across Australia (including NSW, Sydney, and other states). This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our moving assistance and relocation packing services.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit, or we can reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee as set out in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation by Us
We may need to cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances (for example, severe weather or safety concerns). If we cancel, we will offer a full refund or a new date at your choice.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same method of payment within a reasonable period. If you have already received a packing or unpacking service and are dissatisfied, please contact us so we can address your concerns. Refunds for completed services are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Whether you have booked full-home packing, partial packing, or unpacking services for your relocation in Australia, the same cancellation and refund rules apply as set out above.
